Main responsibilities:
• prepare risk based audit programs and conduct audits especially in the areas IT security, IT governance, IT infrastructure and IT risk management;
• prepare recommendations on improvement areas, discuss the results with management and agree required corrective actions;
• prepare audit reports and document the audit work;
• follow-up issue resolution progress;
• maintain strong relationships with SEB Group Internal Audit team and key stakeholders;
• actively participate in risk assessment and annual audit planning process.

What we expect:
• higher education in IT or related areas;
• at least 2 years working experience in IT audit, IT security or similar positions;
• excellent Latvian, very good English (spoken, written);
• good communication and reporting skills;
• good knowledge of banking products, laws and regulations; work experience in financial services area (banking or insurance) will be preferred;
• knowledge of international IT standards and good practices (ISO, COBIT, ITIL) would be considered as advantage;
• Candidates having IT Security related certifications (CISA, CISM, CISSP, CRISC, CEH, etc.) or CIA will be preferred.
