The public discussion takes place on Wednesday, April 1st at 14:00-16:00 at Radisson Blu Ridzene Hotel (Riga, Reimersa iela 1, Kronvalds hall, ground floor). It is the second event in the series of public discussions on the State Defence Concept of Latvia. It is jointly organised by the Latvian Institute of International Affairs and the Ministry of Defence of Latvia. Please note that the language of the event is English.

The discussion will feature:
•  Jānis Kārkliņš (NATO STRATCOM COE)
•  Uldis Ķinis (Constitutional court of Latvia)
•  Ilze Murāne (Bank of Latvia)
•  Miks Arājs (BHC Labaratory)
•  Anke Schmidt-Felzmann (Germany; University of Glasgow, UK).

The event will be moderated by Mārtiņš Daugulis (Latvian Institute of International Affairs).
