An exciting opportunity for experienced Security Manager to join the expanding “Tele2 Shared Service Center”. We are seeking for a structured, communicative and team-oriented person who can take the new role as Security Manager at Tele2 Group Shared Service Center in Riga.

Your responsibilities & duties:
– Led the work to continuously identify, implement & maintain processes to mitigate security risks
– Ensure compliance of relevant internal & external requirements
– Lead business continuity management, including disaster recovery & crisis management
– Develop & lead security awarness training
– Drive internal investigations
– Responsible or due diligence of new personnel, suppliers & partners
– Serve as expert / advisor in the area of security
– Develop & maintain good relations with internal & external stakeholders
– Ensure close cooperation with Security Managers in Tele2 Latvia & Tele2 Group

Your experience includes:
– Experience in the field of security, especially information security
– Knowledge of relevant legal and regulatory issues (e.g. data protection & data retention)
– Good understanding of IT architecture and IT processes
– Experience in project management & managing workshops
– Team builder with ability to gather & cooperate
– Excellent communication skills both in Latvian & English, both verbal & written
– Experience from the telecom industry is advantageous

Education required  Higher education (bachelor)
Languages required  English, Latvian
Working time  Full-time work
Start of work  Negotiable
Location  Tele2 SSC office in Riga, Mukusalas 41B
